*This intensive 1-day course is certified by the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) Registration Governing Board and satisfies part of the formal training requirements for Auditor certification (IRCA Cert. No. 17859).
Delegates successfully completing this course satisfy part of the formal transition training requirements for individuals seeking certification under the IRCA QMS and / or EMS Auditor Certification Schemes. On successful completion the delegate will know the Annex SL:2014, Appendix 2 document.
IRCA certified QMS and EMS auditors (ALL GRADES) are required to sit and complete 2 transition courses: (Module 1) -- Annex SL; and, (Module 2) -- either ISO 9001:2015 or ISO 14001:2015 Transition depending upon the certified discipline.
NOTE: IRCA will NOT accept audits conducted to the respective ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 Standards versions until AFTER the transition training course modules been successfully completed.
It is essential for Certified Auditors of ALL GRADES to sit these transition courses if there is a desire to continue IRCA auditor certification status.

This 1-Day Annex SL (Module 1) Transition Training Course offered by Ashbrooke introduces to delegates the new Annex SL document with the focus on Appendix 2 (High level structure, identical core text, common terms and core definitions).
The course examines this document with a general overall of its purpose and history. This is supported with discussing its components throughout the course.
Interactive learning techniques are used to maximize delegate participation, including workshops designed to broaden the knowledge of system and audit applications.Plus, over 75% of the course timing is dedicated to interactive syndicate activities designed to examine and explore Annex SL and its impacts and expectations on Management Systems Standards.
